Who we are


With over 17 years of experience in Marketing Analytics and Data Science across various industries including telecommunications; FMCG; government; banking; publishing; and retail, Josh Bain is a seasoned professional in the field.  His expertise includes analytics; data mining; segmentation; customer insight; data management; marketing strategy; database marketing; digital marketing; and direct marketing. 


What we do


We specialise in working with small-to-medium businesses including well-known New Zealand retailers,  who don't have their own in-house analytics or data science capability.

Our aim is to enable access to these skills for our clients.  This assists businesses to develop a data strategy based on learnings about their customers and business using the business' actual data.

The end result is clients can make clear strategic decisions with confidence, backed by tested data methodologies.

We provide not just the insights, but also the solutions to improve the profitability of the business.


How we do it


We utilise the data from your businesses' POS systems; cloud systems; email platforms; and other data sources and apply our bespoke analytics methodologies and machine learning to your data.  

We work beside the key stakeholders to find out the insights required and drill down into the relevant data to provide the information required in each individual situation.
